Crystal Hotel - Kyiv

the hotel was located in the centre of the city. moreover, the area was secure.

The rooms were brand-new and functional with bathrobes, just what we needed. The location was magnificent and amazing, specially it was next to a bus station which was useful...

Facilities were really good, even so Wi-Fi was very poor.

The place had a super comfy and convenient location down a cozy alley behind a tall building, right by a central square, with excellent restaurants and bars nearby.

Wonderful small and silent hotel, we truly enjoyed this place.

booked the room with my small family for 3 nights and had a really nice stay. modern and well-designed rooms with comfy bed and good service - just as i expected.

The room we had was totally new and the bed was super comfy. Our business trip here went really smoothly and we really enjoyed our stay 😊.

my recent stay at a hotel in kiev was amazing. the staff was kind and helpful, the location was perfect with restaurants and attractions nearby, and they even provided free parking for my car. it exceeded my expectations and i would definitely stay there again.

The location was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to key attractions. The rooms were modern and comfortable, providing a great space to relax after a long day of meetings.

The courtyard outside was quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep with the window open. The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed, which was a bit uncomfortable.

My room was nicely set up and taken care of, with a mini bar and coffee available. ☕

Staying at this hotel was a great experience from start to finish. the location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the city center, just a stone's throw away from Independence Square and Maidan square. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were modern in design, with all the essentials you could need, including a comfy bed and a well-stocked mini bar. Lastly, the breakfast menu, although not included, offered a wide variety of options to choose from, making each morning a delicious start to the day.

No negatives to mention - everything was perfect!

The Crystal Hotel in Kyiv was magnificent! Beautiful decor, friendly and helpful staff, and super tidy rooms. The hotel provided complementary coffee and the air conditioner was amazing during the hot weather. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. We will definitely return to this hotel!
